Refund and Returns Policy
Futbol Miami TV is a small, creator-run merch shop. Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled on a small scale, so we’re unable to offer free returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support!
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Please contact us at futbolmiamitv@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different shirt size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Because we’re a small, creator-run shop, we’re unable to offer free return shipping. We do, however, offer discounted $3 shipping to send your replacement size.
If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at futbolmiamitv@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue so we can help resolve it.
If the problem was caused by an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
Product Care
Our shirts feature heat-applied HTV (heat transfer vinyl) graphics. For the best results and longest life of the design, please follow the care instructions provided with the product.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or other care is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except when an order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized merchandise
- Items specifically marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping returned merchandise.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking. Futbol Miami TV is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
